These beautiful wooden hump moulds have been designed by Clae and handmade by mid-Canterbury craftsmen out of macracarpa. 
Hump moulds are a good way to reproduce a specific size or shape when you are hand-building bowls or plates. 
Wooden moulds are lighter and sturdier than plaster moulds, and are much easier to clean.
 
There are 8 moulds to choose from:
Round Small  14cm in diameter and 4cm high
Round Medium  18cm in diameter and 4cm high
Round Large  22cm in diameter and 4cm high
Square Small  13cm x 13cm and is 4cm high
Square Medium  17cm x 17cm and is 4cm high
Square Large  21cm x 21cm and is 4cm high
Oval Medium 23cm x 16cm and is 4cm high
Oval Large 29cm x 19cm and is 4cm high
 
Note that because these moulds are made by hand there is some slight variation in measurements between each mould.
 
To prolong the life of these moulds ensure that they are clean and dry before storing.
