Service Description

This is a 2 hour class each week on a Thursday for 8 sessions, starting the 17th of July. These sessions are an opportunity to explore craft based projects that are themed around the mindfulness of creative journaling and bookbinding techniques. Each session will add to your knowledge of paper crafting with a special skills focus. There will be an assortment of processes that may include design, paint, stitch, print and paper engineering. In term 3 we will be focusing on creating a folio with simple no stitch binding. Each week we will add to the project. Your fee includes some essentials for each week but there may be a weekly materials cost and you may wish to purchase more materials on site. We have eftpos available. Most tools are available on site but you also may wish to bring along a general assortment of scissors, craft knives, brushes, small cutting mat, pens/pencils...what ever you prefer in your own crafty tool kit. BYO cup for a cuppa! There will be a mid term break on the 14th of August. Please note that if you are unable to attend your class, consider gifting your spot to someone else that you know who would enjoy some crafty time, as we do not offer refunds or transfers.
