These New Zealand inspired glazes have been created by Clae.  Series 7 glazes are in a larger 750ml container.  These glazes can be dipped or poured.
 
Argillite Green - a mid to dark green satin matte glaze with blue undertones and a very slight golden break. 
 
Crystal  Mānuka - a soft pink satin matte glaze with micro-white and pink speckle. 
 
Speckled Kiwi - a heavily golden speckled satin matte white.
 
Canterbury Clay - a burnt-mustard satin matte with dark gold speckling.
 
Wakanui Blue - a lightly speckled denim-blue/grey satin matte.
 
Corsair Bay - a sea foam green satin matte glaze.
 
Each glaze is featured on a white clay, a toast coloured clay, and a speckled clay.  We have applied glazes so that the items have a 1 – 2 mm coverage of glaze. You can add water to thin the glaze if necessary.
 
Glaze results will vary if you apply a thicker or thinner coat or use a different kiln schedule that we have tested to.
 
Clae glazes have been fired to Cone 6 in a medium electric kiln, using a ramp rate of 2.3rr per minute with a 45-minute hold.
Glaze will apply differently to either thin or thick items, or items that have a lower/higher bisque than 1000deg C.
