This Rimu Cut Off Tool is Clae's rendition of a traditional Korean throwing tool.  It is made here in Canterbury by artisan Roger out of recycled rimu.
This tool has been designed for cutting pots easily and cleanly off the hump, with a sharp wooden cutting blade, sturdy handle, and a nylon cut off thread.
 
This Rimu Cut Off Knife measures 24.5cm long by 3cm wide.
