Clae have produced a new batch of this very popular glaze.
 
This range of glazes inspired by the Te Waipounamu  South Island environment, and using local materials.  Us by itself, or layer with other Clae glazes for a variety of glaze results.  These bespoke glazes come in 400ml  containers and are perfect for adding a local, personal touch to your ceramic work. 
 
Clae glazes are tested for 1220- 1240 deg C and are suitable for all mid-fire clays and firings. If fired correctly these glazes are food-safe.
 
The Haast glaze comes in 400ml jars.  It has a speckle which pools at the bottom of  containers.  The speckle is heavy so shake or stir the glaze often when glazing.
